Cancellations and Return Policy

Online orders can be cancelled any time before your pickup date. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation/ restocking fee. We do not offer refunds or returns on plants that have left our location. We do not sell plants unless they are healthy and ready for planting. After plants leave our site we have no control over their care and are not responsible for adverse weather or improper planting practices, care, or planting conditions.
