Indian Grass (Sorghastrum nutans) 'Golden Sunset' is a gorgeous selection of the native Indian Grass that features tall height and beautiful, 10-12" wheatlike seedheads that grow late in the season and add wonderful winter interest. 'Golden Sunset' is a great alterantive to Karl Foerster grass, but it should be noted that it does grow a little taller and flowers later in the season. Use 'Golden Sunset' as a speciman plant in garden beds and borders, prairie or meadow plantings, or planted in groups or rows for a low hedge or privacy planting.
